Our team of skilled electrical engineers combines technical expertise for such this service of cables management system, we developed our interface cables software that provide many facilities/reports and how to monitor sites and procurement activities. Main target for this service to provide an optimum cables routing solution with more accuracy and minimize the consumption waste of material.

Let us explain the steps of cable management system preparation and how many phases is consisting of, the following points may guide you for understanding how it works:
Phase (1) cable list
Prepare preliminary cables list which consisting of major power & control cables, this list indicates all cables type description, tag name, source, destination and more information as per project requirements.
Phase (2) mapping
Mapping and import the preliminary cables list in project cables model to create our model.
Phase (3) Raceway
Based on the imported cables data and project layout, we are starting to prepare 3D Model of cables raceway inside & outside project buildings (cable trays, underground conduits cables risers …etc.), and cables raceway will be tagged with a specific description, and this description manual will be prepared as per project types.
Phase (4) Cables Routing
After finalizing and reviewing the phase no.3 , we are starting to route the imported cables according to cable source and cable destination that indicated during preparing cables list (phase no.1)
Phase (5) Raceway Filling ratio
As per project requirements and relative standard, we are reviewing all cables the already routed and provide many calculation reports that reflect the filling ration percentage for each type of raceway.
The design criteria for such this calculation are provided based on the reference values that imported according to international standards and project technical specifications.
Phase (6) Interface Software
In this phase, we are starting to communicate with site field engineers to explain the communication links through the developed interface software and explain how it works.
This software guide manual is prepared and developed as per project types.
Phase (7) Send Data
After reviewing the above-mentioned phases as per our office workflow, we are starting to import all cables with status issued for construction (IFC) to be reviewed by the project site team.
Cable data will be sent to the site team through interface program in printable file called Cable Card.
Each cable card has a complete information about this cable to be able to start site cables activities.
Phase (8) Monitoring
Through our interface software, we can make an instant communication with site team for any further clarifications about IFC cables.
Also, site team will import the actual status for IFC cables that already sent to them through interface software.
Site team shall provide the actual cutting length for each cable to be reviewed by design team.
Also, site team shall provide the current status of each cable ( e.g. Cable Card Printed, Cable Already Pulled, terminated from source side, terminated from the destination side …. etc.)
Phase (9) Analysis
Finally, we have a lot of information about the cables that prepared by design team and provided by field engineers, accordingly we can generate many types of reports that may be raised for project manager and top management to be able to get the actual status of the project.
Such these reports are very useful for many different disciplines such as procurement team or tender team for the current and future similar projects to be able to get an accurate estimation for the upcoming projects.
